Where do I start when Exercising?

Exercise! Its one of those dirty words that no one wants to talk about! right? But we all have it in the back of our mind, oh I should workout, I should go for a walk, but the mind always wins. I'll do it tomorrow but that day never comes.

So well all know we should be exercising. There's one of those sayings...

ITS NEVER TO LATE TO START!

But where do you start?

First don't do what everyone else is doing just to get a workout in. Most likely you will end up quitting after a week, because you hate it. Find something that works for you, that might be walking, running, weight lifting, group classes. Choose one you will enjoy, the exercise that will leave you satisfied and wanting more!

Its too hard!

At first yes it may be hard but that's the beauty of exercise it will get easier and you will become better, no pain no gain I always say. You will also notice a lot more changes like, having more focus, alertness, sharper memory, better sleep, and less stress just to name a few.

SO DONT WAIT ANOTHER DAY, DO IT TODAY!

2. Start today

3. Find an exercise you love!

4. Push through the hurt

5. Do it for yourself
